What payment methods do you accept?

You can either pay with PayPal or by Credit/Debit card - we take Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

Yes, we take the payment for any pre-order or special order model upfront. For more information about payments please check our T&C section.

Can I cancel my order?

How long do refunds take?

Once a refund is processed it can take up to 5 working days to show on your bank statement. If you paid with PayPal the refund is usually instant although occasionally it can take up to 5 working days.

When is payment taken for pre-orders?

Our website takes the payment for pre-orders immediately when the order is placed by card payment or through PayPal. Our system does not allow us to capture the payment at a later date.

When receive a PayPal Invoice, what payment methods can I use?

When customers receive an invoice, they can choose to pay with a credit or debit card, bank account, PayPal balance, or PayPal Credit financing. [1] If paying with a credit or debit card customers are not required to have a PayPal account to pay. [1]

My payment won’t go through or is having errors at checkout.

You can use a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer) or a different device (phone, Laptop, PC). If you're still having issues with the payments, we can assist in placing the order on our end and we'll send you a payment request throug

Why is the code SX7E41FS1P9X not working on my order?

The code SX7E41FS1P9X can only be used once per customer. It is possible that it has already been used previously in a different order. You can contact us to check the code and see what we can do.

Do you allow refunds for a change of mind? If so, how long do customers have to contact you?

For preference returns, you need to contact us 14 days after receipt of the item.

Do I need to pay VAT (tax) if delivery address is outside the UK (Includes EU countries)

No, you do not need to pay VAT, it will be deducted at the checkout after you select your country. Customers from Jersey and Guernsey, do not need to pay VAT either, this will be deducted at the checkout automatically for all eligible countries. Sinc
