Do I Have to Pay Customs Charges or Import Duties on International Orders?Updated 25 days ago
If you're ordering from outside the UK, your parcel may be subject to customs charges, import duties, or local taxes once it arrives in your country. These fees are not charged by us and are determined by your local customs authority.
What You Need to Know:
🔸 No UK VAT Charged by Us
We do not charge UK VAT on international orders. As soon as you enter an eligible delivery address at checkout, VAT will be automatically removed.
🔸 Local Import Duties May Apply
Depending on your country’s regulations, you may be asked to pay additional taxes or import duties when your parcel arrives. These vary by country and are completely outside of our control.
🔸 Courier Handling Fees
Some couriers (e.g. DHL, UPS) may charge a small handling fee, typically around £15, to process customs clearance and collect any applicable local tax or duty on behalf of your country’s authorities.
We understand these extra charges can be frustrating, but unfortunately, we do not have any control over them.
